2025 Industry Forecast Meeting & Breakfast
IREM & AAMP partnered together to present the 2025 Industry Forecast at the DoubleTree Green Tree., featuring a special presentation by Allegheny County Controller, Corey O’Connor. In addition to the forecast meeting, we were proud to celebrate excellence with the presentation of the President’s Award to Amy McCall and the Industry Partner of the Year Award to Sean Cavanagh. These honors recognize outstanding contributions, leadership and commitment to advancing our industry and community. We truly appreciate their dedication to the IREM Western PA Chapter!

IREM’s Steeler Tailgate Party! A Touchdown for Networking and Fun! This evening we celebrated the football season with an unforgettable Steeler’s Tailgate Party bringing together real estate professionals and industry partners.

Chapter President Chrissy Philippi CPM®, Donna Allen CPM® ARM®, Helene Prince ARM® and Associate member Jen Plecic stepped the Chapter into high gear with the second project of the new year. On March 31st and April 2nd Chapter "ambassadors" volunteered their time to help make the prom dreams of area high school students come true. Members joined with the ACDHS at the Project Prom Shop and assisted teens in finding their perfect outfit and accessories. What a wonderful and memorable experience to share.

Our Chapter was well represented at the 2022 Light Up Gala benefitting our partner charityCANCER BRIDGES, Nov 18th at the Sheraton Station Square. Thank you ladies for putting your best face forward for the Western PA Chapter.
