Beautiful weather, well-deserved congratulations, great friends, and a wealth of information: what more could you ask for from a breakfast membership meeting? On March 23rd, IREM Western PA Chapter welcomed Todd Fine, Esq to educate us about ICE and Property Management.
The Chapter held its 2nd Annual Philanthropy event - "MAFIA WARS" on April 30th at the Allegheny HYP Club. Chapter members, friends, & colleagues enjoyed a great evening all while raising money for our Chapter charity partner Cancer Bridges.
Chapter President Chrissy Philippi CPM®, Donna Allen CPM® ARM®, Helene Prince ARM® and Associate member Jen Plecic stepped the Chapter into high gear with the second project of the new year. On March 31st and April 2nd Chapter "ambassadors" volunteered their time to help make the prom dreams of area high school students come true. Members joined with the ACDHS at the Project Prom Shop and assisted teens in finding their perfect outfit and accessories. What a wonderful and memorable experience to share.

Our Chapter was well represented at the 2022 Light Up Gala benefitting our partner charityCANCER BRIDGES, Nov 18th at the Sheraton Station Square. Thank you ladies for putting your best face forward for the Western PA Chapter.

Mr. Fine answered our burning questions and discussed best practices for immigration enforcement situations at our properties. Congratulations to our newest CPM, Matt Oberkofler, on his momentous achievement! We also celebrated the leadership of Mary Scherer with a plaque commemorating her presidency.
Also, thank you to Nick Ferrera, CPM and NAI Burns Scalo for hosting us at their picturesque building, The Riviera!
