The Installation of the 2026 Leadership Team for the Western PA Chapter was held October 30th at the Duquesne Club. IREM Region 2 VP Michael Torres CPM® joined us to install the Team. 2025 "Of the Year" awards were presented, and Chapter members celebrating membership milestones in 2025 were recognized. Here are some highlights of the celebration.
Highlights from the Tasting & Networking event at Helltown Brewing. Chapter members, colleagues, and friends kicked off the holiday season and enjoyed an outstanding BBQ buffet and tastings from Ponfeigh Distillery. Chapter President Chrissy Philippi CPM®, Donna Allen CPM® ARM®, Helene Prince ARM® and Associate member Jen Plecic stepped the Chapter into high gear with the second project of the new year. On March 31st and April 2nd Chapter "ambassadors" volunteered their time to help make the prom dreams of area high school students come true. Members joined with the ACDHS at the Project Prom Shop and assisted teens in finding their perfect outfit and accessories. What a wonderful and memorable experience to share.

The 2025 Annual Meeting for the Western PA Chapter was held September 25th. Attendees honored our Chapter Past Presidents, and were updated on current legislative issues - specifically House Bill 1250.recently passed by the PA House, that proposes sweeping changes to the Manufactured Community Right Act. Program presenters were Mary Gaiski, EVP of the PA Manufactures Housing Association, and Tracy L. Mitchell CPM®, Vice President of Residential Operations for Sampson Morris Group AMO® and 2020-21 President of our Chapter.
